Matured Calabrian Pecorino Kg 1

Mature pecorino has an intense and aromatic flavour. The intense flavor is still reminiscent of milk, very aromatic, rich in pasture essences. After production, the pecorino is left to mature for a period, until it reaches the color and hardness of the classic matured pecorino. Excellent for grating or enjoying combined with jams or marmalades.

It is particularly recommended to pair it with the delicious Tropea I.G.P. red onion compote. It is eaten in pieces or, once grated, also as an ingredient in the kitchen, as a finishing touch on first courses.
