Donna Giovanna is a late harvest white wine aged in barrique. Delicate, floral, with light notes of dried apricot Taste: broad, full-bodied, fruity with a persistent finish of citrus and passion fruit.

Grape variety: late harvest white Greco.
Production area: Calabria, central east in the province of Crotone, in Cirò Marina in the "Timpa Bianca" area.
Soil: clayey, calcareous.
Altimetry: from 200 to 300 meters above sea level
Training system: espalier with density of vines per hectare of 5600 plants.
Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters and hot, dry summers.
Harvest: manual last week of October with overripe grapes.
Yield per hectare of grapes: 60 – 70 quintals.
Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, 60% must yield on the grapes.
Maturation: two months in new French oak barriques.
