Terms and Conditions of Sale
Calabria da Gustare.com is an e-commerce site owned by Calabria da Gustare di Pina Perna, with registered office at Via Baldacchini 108 – Amantea (CS).
1. The contract between Calabria da Gustare di Pina Perna and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Calabria da Gustare di Pina Perna. This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any manner. By placing an order using any of the available methods, the Customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepting the general terms and conditions and payment terms.
2. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the online purchase process has been completed, they will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, retain these general terms and conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 15 and 16 of the Italian Civil Code. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
3. The Customer is not entitled to any compensation or damages, nor is any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Calabriadagustare.com is the online store called Calabria da Gustare, owned by the company Calabria da Gustare di Pina Perna, with headquarters in Amantea at Via Baldacchini 108, Italy, which sells food products from its product range online.
1.2 "Products": all products and/or goods marketed by Calabria da Gustare di Pina Perna and included in its product range. "Customer": is the purchaser of the Products who has the status of a consumer, meaning the natural or legal person who makes the purchase for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity.
1.3 "Site": is the set of web pages relating to www.Calabriadagustare.com
1.4 "Offers": are sales made by www.Calabriadagustare.com for all or part of the Products and for limited periods of time with a discount on the regular sale price.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
2.1 The General Conditions form an integral part of any proposal, purchase order, and purchase order confirmation for the Products marketed by www.Calabriadagustare.com in effect on the date of the relevant order.
2.2 The General Conditions concern exclusively sales to a consumer Customer, as specified above.
3. CONTRACTUAL FORMALIZATION
3.1 All contracts are concluded exclusively through the Customer's access to the Site, using remote communication technology via the Internet.
3.2 The purchase of the requested item will be completed through the following phases:
3.2.1 By submitting the order, you transmit to www.Calabriadagustare.com an offer to purchase the selected product or products, expressed online. Submitting a purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from www.Calabriadagustare.com, aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.
3.2.2 All purchase orders sent to www.Calabriadagustare.com must be completed in full and must contain the necessary information to accurately identify the Products ordered, the Customer, and the delivery address.
3.2.3 www.Calabriadagustare.com reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrectly completed orders.
3.2.4 www.Calabriadagustare.com will confirm the purchase request via email, which will contain: information regarding the conditions of sale, pursuant to Article 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the purchase proposal.
3.2.5 The contract is deemed concluded, and is binding on both parties, when the purchase order confirmation is sent to the Customer.
