Cleto is a small village halfway between the sea and the hills on the Tyrrhenian coast of Cosenza. This small village has always been famous for its expanses of centuries-old olive trees which, thanks to an ideal microclimate, produce olives of the highest quality. A company that directly produces oil exclusively from its own olives thanks to the presence of an internal oil mill. Carola has always been the cultivar of the Spina family who from generation to generation lovingly care for the 1800 centuries-old olive trees present on the company. The olive harvest takes place when the fruit has reached the right ripeness and at the right moment they are shaken and transported to the company oil mill. The transformation takes place with the aid of a modern continuous cold cycle oil mill to guarantee and preserve all the properties of the oil.
