Our wild mushrooms are an explosion of taste and flavors. We select the best wild mushrooms including porcini, we choose the firmest ones, we process them exclusively by hand and we preserve them in extra virgin olive oil together with chilli pepper, bay leaves and salt. They are ideal as an appetizer but above all as a side dish for meat dishes.
INGREDIENTS: Rositi (Lactarius deliciosus) 33.5%. Galletti (Cantharellus cibarius) 22.5%, sunflower seed oil, Porcini (Boletus edulis) 11%, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, chopped chilli pepper, bay leaves, salt.
