Stuffed olives are a very tasty side dish or appetizer inspired by Ascoli olives but in a lighter version. The olives are pitted manually and filled with a tuna-based mixture with anchovies, capers and breadcrumbs. We produce the "I Golosi" line in Cleto in a small artisan laboratory that has been producing Calabrian specialties for over 20 years, exploiting local products and using extra virgin olive oil.
The "I glutosi" line is a line of stuffed specialties produced in an artisanal way and using only extra virgin olive oil for their preservation.
