White Wine Malvasia e Sauvignon IGT Calabria Russo & Longo

Obtained from Malvasia and Sauvignon blanc grapes grown in our Strongoli vineyards, with espalier training and north-east exposure, on a calcareous clayey soil. After a controlled temperature vinification it is bottled and left to refine for a few months. Straw yellow in color, a set of enveloping aromas ranging from exotic fruit to floral and a spicy note in the finish; a full and soft taste with an excellent persistence in the aftertaste. It goes well with appetizers, fish first courses, delicate or aromatic dishes.
