Obtained from Gaglioppo, Greco Nero and Sangiovese grapes, grown in our Strongoli vineyards with south-east exposure, in clayey soils. A low production per vine and an advanced maturation determine the characteristics of this singular wine; with maceration at a controlled temperature and aging in small oak barrels, a wine of great balance is obtained.
