Our "Pistacchioso" Artisanal Panettone was born from a desire to reinterpret tradition with a touch of delicious originality.

A soft dough—crafted from a handful of select natural ingredients and sourdough starter, and allowed to rise naturally over a very long period—encases a creamy, luscious heart of artisanal pistachio cream. The real highlight is the topping: a decadent 70% dark chocolate glaze, enriched with a generous sprinkling of chopped pistachios. The intensity and slight bitterness of the dark chocolate meet the sweetness and unmistakable aroma of the pistachio, creating a surprising contrast and a unique balance of flavors.

Like all our premium leavened cakes, the "Pistacchioso" is created in our small artisanal workshop, where time is an essential ingredient and age-old techniques are still preserved and applied with passion.
