The capriccio di pesce is a preserve made from fine icefish, processed in an artisanal way with crushed spicy chili pepper and oil. The capriccio produced by "Oro delle Muse" is different for its processing which takes place according to an ancient recipe. The product is pasteurized and does not contain preservatives. It is the ideal product for the preparation of bruschetta, canapés, pizzas and sauces.
