Black pig soppressata is a very high quality product obtained from the artisanal processing of only black pig meat stuffed into natural casings and lightly smoked. The artisanal sausage factory still carries out artisanal processing where the freshly slaughtered meats are processed by hand.

In the salami factory, cured meats are produced according to the ancient traditions and experience of the territory and family skills that take care of the details of the raw materials, especially the meat and the preserved Nicastrese peppers.

The black pig stands out from others for its rustic nature, which leads it to not be able to do without freedom in the wild, or at most semi-wild, state. This propensity to graze favors high quality and leaner meat, thanks to the presence of a greater number of unsaturated fats compared to saturated ones. Furthermore, the geographical isolation of these territories meant that he did not come into contact with other breeds: in this way he kept his primordial instinct and genetic heritage unchanged.

The product is only available at the sausage factory which, due to limited quantities, does not allow the storage of the goods, since all orders arriving from Monday to Friday are processed on the following Monday.
