From the mixture of bay leaves, wild fennel and liquorice, Mediterranean herbs with high digestive properties, Kephas is born, a bitter prepared in Greek Calabria based on a recipe developed by the brothers Antonio and Pietro Autelitano.

The recommendations for use require it to be consumed very cold at the end of a meal, as a thirst quencher, combined with a splash of tonic water, a slice of lemon and ice, or with hazelnut ice cream for a delicious affogato.
