Ippolito I.G.T. rosé wine Pescanera cl 75

From Greco Nero, an indigenous vine of Calabria, interpreted in rosé, an elegant, sensual, Mediterranean wine.

Grape variety: Greco Nero. Alcohol content: 13% Vol.

Production technique: the grapes from the most suitable coastal areas, after manual harvesting, are softly pressed, without any maceration.

Characteristics: bright, refined, peachy pink colour. Fruit that returns decisively to the nose, together with notes of citrus fruits, wild strawberries and white flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, agile, with a pleasant final minerality, typical of seaside vineyards.

Recommendations: highly convivial rosé, excellent as an aperitif, to try with fish crudites, simple first courses. Also excellent with strawberries.

Ideal serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
