Red wine Ippolito I.G.T. Calabrise Cl 75

After a period of experimentation on Calabrese, an ancient native vine native to southern Calabria, Calabrise was born, testimony to our aptitude for rediscovering and enhancing the regional ampelographic heritage.

A tribute to our land and its people.

Grape variety: Calabrese (100%). Alcohol content: 14%.

Production technique: the grapes, harvested manually at the beginning of October, undergo a long maceration on the pomace. After just 7 months of aging in steel containers, the wine is bottled, so as to preserve the fragrance of the fruit intact.

Characteristics: dark red in color with violet reflections, on the nose it has hints of red fruit, plum, black cherry and black pepper. In the mouth it is fresh, pulpy, sunny, with soft and caressing tannins.

Tips: ideal with all typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. Ideal serving temperature: 18° C (65° F).
