The grapes are harvested, rigorously by hand, towards the beginning of October and after a careful manual sorting, they are softly pressed and left to ferment in vertical winemakers at a controlled temperature for 5-8 days. The maceration includes both pumping over and punching down for an accurate extraction of the noble components of the grape
REFINEMENT After racking, the wine rests in steel tanks and then rests in the bottle for another two months

COLOR Intense ruby red, with violet reflections, which tend towards garnet with aging
BOUQUET Intense reminiscent of undergrowth fruits, cherries and spices
TASTE It is concentrated and well balanced, with a persistent finish of black cherry, cherry and liquorice
