Porcini mushroom pâté is a very simple recipe made with porcini mushrooms reduced to cream, perfect for creating tasty croutons or as a condiment for pasta.
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), olive oil, salt, vinegar, garlic and parsley.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, cover with oil and store in the refrigerator at +3°C for a maximum of 10 days
