Pappardelle - Artisan semolina pasta Gr 500

The "Oro delle Muse" Pasta Line is born from the best Italian durum wheat. Craftsmanship, bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature. Our fusilli al dente are ideal for al dente cooking and thanks to their processing they maintain cooking. Their external roughness captures the sauce.

Pappardelle are a pasta format similar to tagliatelle but much wider, about 13 mm. They are considered a type of lasagna, in the generic sense of wide strips of flaky pastry.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Contains wheat (gluten)

May contain traces of soy
