This small village has always been famous for the expanses of centuries-old olive trees which, thanks to an ideal microclimate, produce very high quality olives. A company that directly produces oil exclusively from its own olives thanks to the presence of an internal mill.

The carolea has always been the cultivar of the Spina family who have lovingly cared for the 1800 centuries-old olive trees present in the company from generation to generation. The olive harvest takes place when the fruit has reached the right ripeness and at the right ripening they are shaken and transported to the company oil mill. The transformation takes place with the aid of a modern continuous cycle cold mill to guarantee and preserve all the properties of the oil.
