The Pork Cheek is a cured meat that is always increasing its production thanks to the ductility it finds in national recipe books with its typical delicate and at the same time decisive taste. It is obtained from the cheek of pigs after a slow maturation of about sixty days, and comes with the rind and alternating layers of fat and lean. It also has a surface covered with ground red pepper.
